- Diagnosis of all esophageal gastric duodenal disease by upper endoscopy +\- basics as gastrointestinal malignancy, encephalic esophagitis, celiac disease.
- Therapeutic endoscopy for stoppage of upper GI bleeding due to peptic ulcer or esophageal bleeding from varices by Bend ligation.
- Diagnosis of all intestinal disease as inflammatory bowel disease by colonoscopy +\- biopsies.
- Therapeutic colonoscopy for bleeding perineum due to piles or vascular Malformation or polyps (by polypectomy).
- ERCP for cases presented obstructive jaundice and cholangitis.
- Endoscopic ultrasonography +/- Fine-needle aspiration for pancreatic tumors.
