World Asthma Day
Overview:
Asthma is a condition in which the airways narrow, swell, and produce more mucus. This can make breathing difficult and trigger coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath. In some individuals, asthma is a minor problem. In others, it can be a major problem that interferes with daily activities and may lead to life-threatening asthma attacks.
